Abstract

This article examines the challenges facing Vietnam’s competition law in the context of the rapid development of the digital economy and increasing international economic integration. Drawing on an analysis of the proposed directions for amending the 2018 Law on Competition, the article identifies key issues in the existing legal framework and its enforcement. On that basis, it proposes several recommendations aimed at improving Vietnam’s competition law and enhancing the effectiveness of its implementation in the coming period.
