Abstract

President Ho Chi Minh emphasized that “To lead the revolution, the Party must be strong. A strong Party comes from strong Party cells, and strong Party cells depend on qualifi ed Party members.” Therefore, the Communist Party of Vietnam has consistently regarded the enhancement of Party member quality as a core component of Party-building work. This paper analyzes the role of Party members in Party-building activities at Hanoi College of Industry and Economics. It highlights eff orts made by the Party Committee in fostering political awareness, responsibility, and pioneering spirit among its members to ensure the sustainable development of the institution.
