Abstract
This article examines the role of family education in supporting the development of children with autism spectrum disorder at home, with a particular focus on learning through daily activities. The study employs document analysis, case analysis, the synthesis of practical experience, and a family systems approach. The findings indicate that home-based education is most effective when learning goals are individualized, activities are embedded in natural contexts, guidance is consistent among family members, progress is regularly monitored, and caregivers’ well-being is protected. The article proposes a practical process and several solutions to strengthen the role of families and improve the effectiveness of home-based education for children with autism spectrum disorder.
