Abstract
Entrepreneurial competence is the combination of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and personal motivation. It is influenced by both objective and subjective factors. A survey conducted at the University of Labour and Social Affairs reveals that business administration students still face limitations in entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and practical experience. To enhance students' entrepreneurial competence, the university should integrate entrepreneurship into course modules, organize experiential activities, strengthen business partnerships, and innovate assessment methods. The paper also emphasizes the vital role of digital transformation in promoting entrepreneurship education.
