Abstract

Digital transformation is a global trend occurring across all fields, and the securities sector is no exception. Technology is fundamentally reshaping the stock market by connecting market participants through online systems, thereby eliminating spatial barriers and reducing transaction time. This article proposes several solutions aimed at enhancing the development and efficiency of the stock market in the context of digital transformation in Vietnam.
