Abstract

This study surveyed 61 teachers and staff from a K–12 school system in Ho Chi Minh City to examine their knowledge and needs regarding stress management and peer support. Findings revealed low levels of stress- related thinking but high levels of positive attitudes toward mental health and helping behaviors. Most participants showed interest and willingness to join relevant training programs. The results provide a basis for developing suitable intervention programs and call for greater attention from policymakers and mental health professionals toward school staff.
