Abstract
This study examines organizational culture development and staff engagement in an educational enterprise in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. A quantitative research approach combined with document analysis was employed. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed with SPSS. The findings indicate that the enterprise has devoted considerable attention to developing its organizational culture and fostering staff engagement by establishing appropriate objectives, implementing relevant activities, adopting suitable approaches, and ensuring favorable conditions. These efforts have been managed through planning, organization, direction, and evaluation and are influenced by various internal and external factors. The findings provide an empirical basis for proposing solutions to enhance organizational culture development and strengthen staff engagement in educational enterprises.
