Abstract

The act of spreading fake news on cyberspace is considered an intentional act of harming certain subjects protected by law, causing negative consequences in all areas of social life. Therefore, Vietnam has built a legal system regulating the issue of handling fake news on social networks with a system of different legal documents as a legal basis to handle the act of spreading fake news on cyberspace in order to control information on social networks in a timely manner.
