Abstract
The effective implementation of pedagogical strategies is fundamental to enhancing the quality of higher education. Scientifically grounded and appropriately designed teaching methodologies can redefine the role of educators while fostering student engagement and active participation in the learning process. Consequently, students can attain the prescribed learning outcomes in terms of knowledge acquisition, skill development, and worldview formation. This study employs analytical and synthetic methods to propose instructional approaches aligned with the learning outcomes of the Principles of Marketing course within the economics training program at Tien Giang University. The proposed pedagogical methods include lecture-based instruction with interactive questioning, problem-based learning, group discussions, case studies, and self-directed learning. Moreover, this paper examines assessment strategies integrated with these teaching approaches to ensure comprehensive evaluation and alignment with the intended course outcomes.
