Abstract

This article examines the perspectives and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam on social security in the new era, highlighting the achievements, limitations, and challenges associated with policy formulation and implementation in Vietnam. On this basis, it proposes several solutions to improve the institutional framework, enhance the effectiveness of policy implementation, and develop a modern, sustainable, and inclusive social security system, thereby contributing to the goal of leaving no one behind.
