Abstract

In modern education, where the focus is on holistic development, emotional nurturing, and building a positive learning environment, the development and management of happy kindergartens has become an area of interest for preschool administrators. This article examines the current state of happy kindergartens development management in Que Vo town, Bac Ninh province. The fi ndings indicate that the management is generally eff ective, particularly in clearly assigning responsibilities, following appropriate timelines, and supporting teachers in a timely manner. However, challenges remain in coordination mechanisms and in the irregular implementation of monitoring and evaluation. The article proposes the establishment of clearer coordination frameworks and stronger inspection and supervision to improve the eff ectiveness of this activity.
