Abstract

Corporate governance is a core element in maintaining the sustainable development of businesses and the national economy. In Vietnam, although the legal system related to corporate governance has made significant progress, many issues still need to be addressed in order to improve the efficiency and transparency of corporate management. This article examines, evaluates, and proposes solutions to improve the law on corporate governance so as to meet the requirements of economic development, international integration, and the protection of stakeholders’ rights in the modern business environment.
