Abstract

Special investigative measures are a provision first stipulated in the Criminal Procedure Code. In the world, due to the requirements of the fight against certain dangerous crimes, many countries have allowed the application of special investigative measures in criminal proceedings. Depending on the requirements of the fight against crime of each country, depending on the cultural traditions, laws and socio-economic conditions, the provisions on the provision of special investigative measures have certain differences.
