Abstract

Amid the rapid development of digital technologies and artificial intelligence (AI), higher education is undergoing a comprehensive transformation toward smart education models. At the Academy of Public Administration and Governance, AI tools are increasingly being integrated into students’ learning and scientific research activities. These tools assist students in collecting, processing, and analyzing data and optimizing information management processes. The effective use of AI can contribute to innovations in learning methods and enhance students’ capacity for independent research and critical thinking. It is also particularly valuable for policy analysis and the simulation of processes relating to state administration and public service delivery.
