Abstract
This study aims to explore the current state of using artificial intelligence support tools in the learning process of lower secondary school students. Based on a survey conducted at several schools in Hanoi, the research analyzes data across three main dimensions: user perspectives, advantages and limitations, and overall impacts. The results indicate that students hold a positive view of AI chatbot tools, especially in their ability to effectively support learning. However, students are also aware of potential ethical concerns and the risk of overreliance. The study offers recommendations to optimize the educational use of AI chatbot tools in a safe and scientific manner.
