Abstract

Higher education quality management is a key aspect of university governance. In the current context, in order to fulfill the goal of providing high-quality human resources for the development of a knowledge-based economy, universities must strengthen their quality management practices. This article clarifies several theoretical issues related to higher education quality and its management, and proposes solutions to enhance the effectiveness of higher education quality management in Vietnam.
