Abstract

Applied martial arts is not merely a military discipline; it also equips officers and soldiers to respond proactively in confrontational situations, support crime suppression, and protect themselves. To transfer these advanced skills effectively to personnel across the force, the role of officers and instructors is decisive. In line with the directives of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security on strengthening military training, martial arts, and discipline throughout the force, the training and development of core personnel has been emphasized. Improving training quality for this group therefore involves not only refining techniques but also standardizing tactical thinking and strengthening martial arts pedagogy to meet elite-performance requirements in the new context.
