Abstract

The article studies the leadership role of the Hai Phong City Party Committee in the people's mobilization work, clarifies the current situation, analyzes advantages and difficulties and proposes innovative solutions in the direction of improving the effectiveness of mass mobilization, promoting the people's ownership, contributing to strengthening the great solidarity bloc and creating a foundation for sustainable development for the city.
