Abstract

Legal assurance is considered one of the most important guarantees in the implementation and application of the law fairly, strictly and consistently in Vietnam today. This article analyzes the current status of legal assurance in the implementation and application of the law fairly, strictly and consistently in the spirit of the 13th National Party Congress. Based on a full assessment of the current status, the author proposes solutions to improve this guarantee.
