Abstract
Developing workplace culture in state agencies following administrative consolidation is an important task that directly affects organizational structures, the working environment, internal and external relations, and the quality of public services. This article provides an overview of the effects of administrative consolidation on workplace culture and examines its current state in government agencies in Ho Chi Minh City. Based on this analysis, the article proposes several solutions for developing a cohesive and effective workplace culture in these agencies in the post-consolidation context.
