Abstract
Work motivation is a critical determinant of organizational performance and employee engagement. This paper conducts a systematic review of prominent international studies on work motivation across two core dimensions: (1) measurement instruments of work motivation, and (2) key factors influencing employee motivation. The synthesized findings reveal a distinct paradigm shift from linear behavioral management models toward multidimensional approaches that integrate psychosocial factors within the contemporary context of digital transformation.
