Abstract

In the context of Vietnam's personal data protection legal framework being in its early stages of development, this article discusses the responsibilities of enterprises in safeguarding employees’ privacy rights. It further proposes solutions for businesses to fulfi ll their social responsibility in ensuring a working environment that respects employees’ privacy and personal data. Additionally, the article off ers recommendations for improving the legal framework, aiming to transform corporate social responsibilities into legally binding obligations for enterprises amid the digital transformation era.
