Abstract

Based on the role, position, and mission of leading the class and the nation of the Communist Party of Vietnam, being a pioneer is a fundamental "attribute" of a true party member. The current development needs of the Vietnamese revolution require each party member to set an example with a high degree of self-awareness. This article analyzes President Ho Chi Minh's viewpoint on the responsibility of setting an example and examines the current situation of role modeling among cadres and party members. It also proposes content and solutions to institutionalize this approach as a cultural norm within the Party, ensuring that the Party remains a pioneering force leading the entire nation.
