Abstract

In the context of digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly being used in English language learning at the undergraduate level. This article examines the current use of AI among students at Quang Ninh University of Industry, analyzes its effectiveness and associated challenges, and proposes solutions to enhance its application in learning. The findings provide an empirical foundation for innovating English language teaching and learning and developing students’ self-directed learning capacity.
