Abstract

Based on both theory and practice, this article proposes specifi c teaching activities tailored to each learning style in the VARK model (Visual, Aural, Reading, Kinesthetic) aimed at developing students’ autonomy and self- learning competence. These activities not only allow students to select approaches suited to their learning preferences but also encourage them to actively explore, discover, and adjust their learning process. Experimental results show that students became more engaged in the subject and demonstrated clear improvements in independent learning skills, self-regulation, and cooperation.

Keywords: VARK model, design, teaching activities, geometry, competence, autonomy and self-learning capacity, third grade.
