Abstract

President Ho Chi Minh’s working style represents a profound legacy that guides the Party, the people, and especially the People’s Public Security force. For regional Police officers - those in closest contact with citizens - studying and applying his thoughts, ethics, and working principles serves as both a political duty and a practical compass. His emphasis on dedication, grassroots engagement, and the philosophy of “respecting, understanding, learning from, and being responsible to the people” has shaped essential professional qualities. In the current context, integrating these values helps enhance operational effectiveness, strengthen public trust, and improve community-based security management.
