Abstract

This article analyzes in detail the content of Precedent No. 72/2024/AL, adopted by the Council of Judges of the Supreme People's Court on February 20, 21, 23, 2024 and promulgated under Decision 119A/QD-CA dated May 15, 2024, including the legal context, practical situations leading to the precedent, applicable legal provisions, the significance of the precedent for the judicial system, and lessons learned. At the same time, the article compares with international regulations, assesses the existing limitations, and proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of law application in similar cases.
