Abstract

This study addresses the need to improve the quality of Bachelor of Laws education in Vietnam in accordance with Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW, Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW, Decision No. 1056/QD-TTg, and Decision No. 678/QD- BGDDT. It aims to develop a theoretical framework and practical process for outcomes-based curriculum reform. The study proposes a curriculum review process that ensures constructive alignment among program objectives, teaching and learning activities, and assessment. The findings provide a foundation for reviewing and improving law curricula, facilitating the transition from a content-based approach to competency-based education and contributing to the development of high-quality legal professionals for the labor market.
