Abstract
Cooperation in education and training is a key pillar of the Vietnam-Cambodia relationship, contributing to human resource development while reinforcing the traditional friendship between the two countries. In 2021, the two governments signed the Agreement on Education Cooperation for the 2021-2025 period, marking a new phase in bilateral educational ties. Building on that framework, the two sides have steadily expanded their engagement through scholarship exchanges, joint training programs, support for students studying in the other country, and assistance with educational infrastructure and facilities. This article examines the development of Vietnam-Cambodia educational cooperation from 2021 to the present and offers an assessment and policy implications for Vietnam.
