Abstract

Education should ensure appropriateness by taking into account learners’ characteristics, academic level, capacity, and psychological conditions. Overloading instructional content may lead to discouragement and reduced learning motivation, thereby hindering intellectual development and limiting learners’ initiative and creativity. Strengthening and improving the quality and effectiveness of organizing teaching and learning activities in Martial Arts and Physical Education at the People’s Police Academy play a significant role in enhancing overall training quality. These efforts contribute to the development of police officers who are professionally competent and physically fit, capable of fulfilling the duties entrusted by the Party, the State, and the people.
