Abstract

This article examines and evaluates the current implementation of legal regulations regarding fire prevention and fighting inspections by personnel assigned to conduct such inspections at facilities. Based on this analysis, the article proposes solutions to enhance the effectiveness of self-inspection activities, thereby contributing to the reduction of legal violations and the mitigation of fire-related incidents and accidents at these facilities.
