Abstract

This article examines the role of comparative law in legal education and argues that, despite its significant academic and practical value, comparative law has yet to receive adequate attention or occupy a commensurate position within the curricula of legal education institutions in Vietnam. Drawing upon the experiences of several jurisdictions with well-developed legal education systems, the article identifies key lessons for promoting the development of comparative law in Vietnamese legal education. It is argued that these lessons may contribute to enhancing the status and effective integration of comparative law into legal training programs, thereby better equipping future legal professionals to meet the demands of international integration.
