Abstract
Art Therapy as a method to help reduce stress, promote healing, and balance emotions for university lecturers in the context of modern, high-pressure education. Based on the theoretical foundation of art therapy, analyzing the stress and burnout experienced by lecturers, the article introduces practical forms of art therapy such as Mandala drawing, music-inspired drawing, and visual journaling. The detailed process of organizing experiential workshops is presented along with psychological ethical considerations. The results emphasize that art therapy not only helps lecturers relax mentally but also contributes to building a humane, positive, and sustainable educational environment.
