Abstract

Critical thinking competence is one of the essential competencies for students at the Political Academy in the current context. This article clarifies several theoretical issues concerning the management of critical thinking competence development and analyzes the major factors affecting this management activity amid educational innovation, digital transformation, and the development of a modern military. The research findings contribute to improving the effectiveness of managing critical thinking competence development for students, thereby meeting the requirements of education, training, and military development in the new situation.
