Abstract

This study examines the role of communication skills between primary school teachers and parents in the context of digital transformation through a survey conducted at Lang Cong Primary School. The findings indicate that teachers have adopted a variety of communication methods, particularly digital tools; however, limitations remain in technological competence, online communication, and the handling of complex situations. On that basis, the study proposes several solutions, including raising awareness, providing professional training, improving procedures and regulations, enhancing facilities, and offering greater support for teachers. Effective implementation requires close coordination among schools, educational authorities, and parents. The study contributes to improving the quality of educational collaboration and supporting students’ holistic development, while also suggesting directions for further research on a broader scale.
