Abstract

The rapid adoption of generative AI is creating profound methodological challenges for quality assurance in Vietnamese higher education. This paper examines the systemic challenges facing quality management in the AI era and proposes an integrated set of solutions. These solutions include developing a legal framework grounded in the human-in-the-loop philosophy and redesigning student assessment using the AI Assessment Scale (AIAS) and the Two-Lane Approach. The study further recommends that higher education institutions transition to a dynamic accreditation system by establishing Digital Quality Assurance Command Centers and applying learning analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and blockchain technology to monitor risks and transform AI into a strategic driver of sustainable academic quality.
