Abstract

This article analyzes the Vietnamese legal framework for ensuring the right of vulnerable groups to access scientific and technological knowledge through the dissemination and diffusion of such knowledge. Based on this analysis, the article identifies gaps in the current legal framework and proposes recommendations for improving the legal framework and relevant policies to enhance the effectiveness of ensuring vulnerable groups' right to access scientific and technological knowledge.
