Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) has developed rapidly and is exerting an increasingly significant influence across various sectors, particularly in education. Recognizing this trend, the study surveyed 187 students at a high school in Ho Chi Minh City. Based on qualitative findings, the research analyzes and evaluates the current use of AI tools in students’ learning processes, while also identifying the difficulties and limitations that still exist in teaching and learning practices. These findings provide a solid basis for proposing several measures to address the shortcomings associated with students’ use of AI tools in learning and to promote their more effective and responsible use in educational settings.
