Abstract

Legal human resources have the crucial responsibility of protecting justice, human rights, citizens' rights, the socialist system, the interests of the state, and the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals. Developing legal human resources in our country is becoming increasingly urgent and must be implemented with solutions such as strengthening the Party's leadership over judicial officials, improving the quality of training and development to create a pool of judicial officials, and building a suitable salary policy for judicial officials. Developing legal human resources is a crucial factor in improving the effectiveness of judicial work, meeting the requirements of legal system reform and socio-economic development in Vietnam. Through research, this article analyzes and clarifies general issues regarding the development of legal human resources, while also assessing the current situation and proposing solutions for developing legal human resources in Vietnam in accordance with Resolution 27/NQ-TW of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
