Abstract

In the context of digital transformation, which is exerting a profound influence on all areas of education, the application of digital technology in the training of future teachers has become an essential requirement for improving the quality of pedagogical human resources. This article focuses on analyzing the current situation and proposing solutions for the application of digital technology in developing soft skills for teacher education students at Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The survey results indicate that most students demonstrate a fairly good level of development in skills such as communication, self-awareness, and presentation. However, limitations remain in critical thinking, emotional management, and activity organization skills.
