Abstract

The 9th “For National Security” Sports Festival and the 6th People’s Police Regulations, Military, and Martial Arts Competition were large-scale political and sporting events aimed at demonstrating the strength of the People’s Police Force and evaluating training outcomes across the sector. The remarkable success of the Ninh Binh Provincial Police delegation at this major event was not the result of chance, but rather the outcome of a rigorous training process and a sound strategic approach. This achievement was not only a source of pride in terms of awards and recognition, but also clear evidence of the significant progress made in the professional skills and physical fitness of officers and soldiers in the ancient capital region.
