Abstract
Digital transformation has become a key driver of innovation in higher education, promoting modernization and sustainable development. This study examines the current state of digital transformation at the University of Information and Communication Technology across key areas, including governance, education and training, scientific research, and digital infrastructure development. It also analyzes the achievements, identifies existing challenges, and proposes solutions to enhance the effectiveness of digital transformation. The findings indicate that the University has made significant progress in digital governance, the development of digital learning resources, the implementation of online learning systems, and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching and research. However, several challenges remain, particularly in terms of digital infrastructure, data management, digital competencies, and governance mechanisms. Based on these findings, this study proposes six groups of solutions to improve the effectiveness of digital transformation, contributing to the development of a digital university model and the achievement of sustainable development goals.
