Abstract
To enhance the prevention and control of crime and social problems, police units under the Ninh Binh Provincial Police have implemented coordinated professional measures and strengthened the inspection and management of temporary residence and temporary absence across the province. These activities contribute to maintaining security and public order by limiting opportunities for offenders to operate or evade detection and by reducing the risk of legal violations. The police have also proactively coordinated with government agencies, mass organizations, and local communities to disseminate legal information and encourage the early reporting of criminal activity. These efforts help improve public compliance with residence regulations and facilitate the timely detection and strict handling of residence-related violations.
