Abstract

Similar to the inventions of fire, paper, the telephone, and computers, the Internet has emerged and progressively transformed the world, particularly in the context of today’s rapid digital technological development. Social networking sites such as Facebook, Zalo, and YouTube have quickly become familiar terms in daily life, especially among younger generations, due to their functions and the benefits they provide. However, at present, the culture of communication and behavior on social networking sites, particularly among university students, has become an issue attracting considerable public concern. Within the scope of this paper, the author selects the topic “Solutions for Building a Culture of Conduct on Social Networking Sites” and conducts a survey on students at University of Fire Prevention and Fighting in order to obtain an objective perspective on this issue.
