Abstract

Promoting the application of science and technology is not only an inevitable trend but also essential to comprehensively addressing bottlenecks in state management. In implementing Politburo Resolution No. 57-NQ/ TW dated December 22, 2024, on breakthroughs in the development of science and technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, as well as the emulation movement “The People's Public Security Force Pioneers Innovation,” the administrative police force for social order of the Hanoi City Police has mobilized its resources to promote the application of information technology and digital transformation across all areas of its work.
