Abstract
In the context of Vietnam’s socialist-oriented market economy and increasingly extensive international integration, labor relations within enterprises have continued to evolve, accompanied by a rise in both the number and complexity of labor contract disputes. In practice, the resolution of such disputes remains subject to several limitations, adversely affecting the lawful rights and interests of employees and employers, as well as the stability of labor relations and the investment environment. This article examines the key issues arising in the current resolution of labor contract disputes and proposes a number of measures to enhance the effectiveness of such dispute resolution within enterprises in Vietnam.
