Abstract
In the context of digital transformation and the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI), digital competence has become an essential competency for college students. This study assesses the digital competence of students at Bach Khoa College and identifies the factors influencing its development. Data were collected through a survey of 400 students and analyzed using SPSS 26.0. The analytical methods included Cronbach’s alpha, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), multiple linear regression, and descriptive statistics. The findings indicate that the students demonstrated a relatively strong level of digital competence. Their digital information search skills were more developed than their digital content creation and digaital safety skills. Based on these findings, the study recommends revising the curriculum, expanding opportunities for digital learning experiences, and developing students’ capacity to use AI responsibly.
