Abstract

Agricultural land accumulation and concentration are important prerequisites for reorganizing production and developing large-scale, modern agricultural production areas. The 2024 Land Law established a legal framework for various forms of agricultural land accumulation and concentration. Through an analysis of relevant legal provisions and their implementation in Đắk Lắk province, this article identifies key challenges, including fragmented landholdings, procedural and documentation barriers, a lack of integration in land information, and limited access to capital and other resources. It proposes measures to strengthen the legal framework and improve its implementation, thereby supporting the development of concentrated agricultural production areas and promoting sustainable agricultural development.
