Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution, characterized by the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and digital platforms, is profoundly transforming governance, training, scientific research, and administrative operations in institutions responsible for education and leadership development. The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics is Vietnam’s national center for training and developing leaders and managers. Female staff members constitute the majority of its workforce and represent an important human resource for the Academy. This article identifies emerging requirements for developing their leadership, management, and innovation competencies in a digital work environment. On this basis, it proposes solutions for strengthening the Academy’s female workforce to meet the demands of digital transformation.
