Abstract

Based on theoretical perspectives on judicial power, the 2013 Constitution, and current legislation, this article clarifies the nature and scope of judicial power and its exercise in Vietnam. It analyzes the current exercise of judicial power in the context of judicial reform and the development of a socialist rule-of-law state. On this basis, the article proposes several directions for ensuring the effective exercise of judicial power, thereby contributing to improving the mechanisms for the allocation, coordination, and control of state power in Vietnam.
